Cavendish Square Restaurant

Nestled behind Cape Town’s famous mountain is Cavendish Square where you’ll find our restaurant on the lower level. The streets and nearby Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens are lined by Oak trees many planted as a reminder of the early Dutch settlers.
   
One can only imagine if the Italians were the first to settle in the Cape. Would our Italian fare have become the national dish? Instead of a weekend braai would we now stand around a wood-fired oven as the smell of fresh pizza filled the air?
