Our menu is a veritable who’s who of Italian food. Some items on our pizza menu you may be familiar with but there are many here we’ll take great pleasure in introducing to you for the very first time. Take the Regina for example, the well-known ham and mushroom combo for casual lunching or the Quatrro Formaggi, a sublime mix or 4 rich cheeses on a thin base – because you can never be too thin or too rich. And then there’s Tre Colori, a special creation where caviar is stylishly delivered atop smoked salmon and sour cream. With over 50 pizzas to choose from it may take you some time to find your perfect match but we guarantee it’s in there somewhere.
What would an Italian menu be without pasta? Our guess is Mexican but you don’t need to worry as you’ll find pasta with sauce, filled pasta as well as gnocchi here. Not all pastas are created equal as you’ll soon discover. We prepare ours with a passion and as many fresh ingredients as our pans will allow.
Next, welcome to our Italian playground or as most people call them - salads. The beauty of salads is there’s nowhere to hide poor quality, which is why we reject anything but the finest ingredients. And having found the source of all things crisp and fresh we aim to make the most of it. If you’ve never had a Col’Cacchio pizzeria salad all we can say is prepare for a feast for the eyes and your taste buds.
One thing our Italian restaurant menu offers is choice. Almost half our menu is suitable for vegetarians. We also offer wheat and gluten free meal options. You can’t tolerate dairy? No problem. We even have the stamp of approval from the Heart and Stroke Foundation South Africa. With over 100 items on our menu (excluding the substitutions and additions like extra garlic or avo) you can try something new every week and it’ll take you two years to enjoy everything we offer. They could just be the happiest two years of your life.
