Col’Cacchio Gift Vouchers and Coupons are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

Col’Cacchio Gift Vouchers and Coupons cannot be resold to or exchanged with a third party.

Col’Cacchio Gift Vouchers and Coupons can only be redeemed at Col’Cacchio restaurants for sit-down or take-out orders unless otherwise specified.

Col'Cacchio restaurants have the right to refuse the redemption of any voucher or coupon which cannot be validated on  the Col'Cacchio system.

 

Types of Vouchers and Coupons

 

1.        Purchased Gift Vouchers

“Gift Vouchers” refer to electronic vouchers that customers purchase online for their own use or someone else as a gift. These are delivered to the recipient as an email or a print-at-home card. These are available from us online, or from an approved payment partner, and are purchased in fixed Rand value amounts.

         

Purchases will be deducted from the voucher amount until the Rand value reaches zero.

               

The balance showing on the Col’Cacchio system is binding.

               

The Gift Voucher is valid for 36 months from date of purchase.

2.      Promotional and Marketing Vouchers and Coupons

2.1     Fixed amount discount vouchers or coupons offer a fixed amount discount off the total bill.

​

2.2    Product specific discount vouchers or coupons offer a percentage discount off a specific item.

Voucher and Coupon Restrictions

         

Purchased Vouchers cannot be used to purchase another voucher.

Promotional and marketing vouchers or coupons may have restrictions on their use, and varying expiration dates, such as but not limited to the below:

  

• Valid for a minimum spend

• Validity limited to certain days or dates

• Valid for specified menu items

• Valid for specified menu categories

• Valid for single use

               

Promotional and marketing vouchers may not be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.

Redeeming a Voucher or Coupon

All Col’Cacchio vouchers and coupons are issued with a unique 7 or 9-digit code and redeemable in store only.

 

Checking a Voucher or Coupon Value or Balance

           

Voucher validity and balances can be checked at any Col’Cacchio restaurant.

 ​

Refunds on Returns

   

Purchases made with a marketing or promotional voucher or coupon are non-refundable.
