Promotional Competition Terms & Conditions

 

Promoter

 

This promotional competition ("Competition") is organised by Col'Cacchio (Pty) Ltd ("the Promoter") in partnership with Alva ("the Prize Sponsor").

 

By entering this Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

Competition Period

The Competition opens on 16 July 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 31 August 2026 SAST("Competition Period"). Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

 

Eligibility

The Competition is open to:

● South African residents aged 18 years or older.

● Individuals in possession of a valid South African identity document or passport.

● Customers who place a qualifying delivery order from a participating Col'Cacchiorestaurant or Col'Cacchio GO store during the Competition Period.

 

The following persons may not enter:

● Employees, directors, agents or immediate family members of Col'Cacchio, Alva,their advertising agencies, affiliated companies or any parties directly involved inadministering the Competition.

 

How to Enter

To qualify for entry, customers must:

1. Place a delivery order from a participating Col'Cacchio restaurant or Col'Cacchio GOstore using:

○ Col'Cacchio Online Ordering

○ Uber Eats

○ Mr D

○ Any other approved delivery partner.

 

2. Spend R499 or more in a single transaction (excluding delivery fees, service feesand tips where applicable).

3. Scan the official Competition QR code.

4. Complete the online entry form.

5. Upload a clear copy or image of the qualifying receipt or delivery order confirmation.

6. Submit the completed entry before the Competition closing date.

 

Qualifying Purchases

Only delivery orders qualify. The following purchases are excluded:

● Sit-down restaurant dining.

● Collection (takeaway) orders.

● International Col'Cacchio locations.

● Cancelled or refunded orders.

Each qualifying order may be entered once.

 

Customers may enter multiple times during the Competition Period, provided each entryrelates to a separate qualifying order of R499 or more.

 

Prize

Three (3) winners will each receive:

● One (1) Alva Mobile Pizza Oven.

 

The prize:

● Is not transferable.

● May not be exchanged for cash.

● May not be substituted except where required by the Promoter.

 

Winner Selection

Once the Competition has closed:

● All valid entries will be verified.

● Winners will be selected by random draw.

● Winners will be contacted using the contact details supplied on the entry form.

● Winners may be required to provide proof of identity before the prize is awarded.

 

If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, declines the prize, or is found to beineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

 

Proof of Purchase

The uploaded receipt or order confirmation must clearly display:

● Order number

● Purchase date

● Participating restaurant

● Total qualifying spend

 

The Promoter reserves the right to request the original proof of purchase at any time.

Entries with altered, fraudulent, duplicated or illegible receipts will be disqualified.

 

Publicity

By accepting the prize, winners agree that the Promoter may use their first name, surname, photographs and likeness for promotional and publicity purposes related to the Competition without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 

Personal Information

Personal information collected during the Competition will be processed in accordance withthe Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).Information collected will be used solely for:

● Administering the Competition;

● Contacting winners;

● Verifying entries; and

● Marketing communications where the entrant has expressly opted in.

 

Entrants may withdraw marketing consent at any time.

 

Data Collection Notice: This Competition is administered using Jotform. By submitting your entry, you acknowledge that your personal information and uploaded proof of purchase will be processed through Jotform solely for the purposes of administering this Competition and in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and POPIA.

 

General

The Promoter reserves the right to:

● Verify all entries.

● Disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, misconduct or tampering with the Competition.

● Amend, suspend or cancel the Competition should circumstances beyond itsreasonable control make this necessary.

 

The Promoter's decision regarding all aspects of the Competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

The Promoter is not responsible for:

● Lost, delayed or incomplete entries;

● Technical failures affecting the Competition website or entry form;

● Internet or mobile connectivity issues;

● Errors or omissions in submitted information.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, Prize Sponsor and their respective employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance or use of the prize. By participating in this Competition, entrants acknowledge that they have read and understood Col'Cacchio's Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and explains how personal information is collected, processed, stored and protected.
