BRUTAL FRUIT COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

This competition is valid from 7 June 2025 to 7 July 2025.
To enter, customers must: Purchase a brunch or main meal with their Brutal Fruits at a participating Col'Cacchio restaurant.
Snap a photo enjoying their meal.
Post the image to their Instagram or Facebook Story, tagging @colcacchio and @brutalfruitsa.
Ensure they are following both @colcacchio and @brutalfruitsa on the relevant platform.
Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must feature a new qualifying purchase.
Winners will be selected at random and contacted via the platform used to enter.
The prize includes a Brutal Fruit Polar Box and Col'Cacchio branded socks.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Entries will only be accepted from participants 18 years and older.
Available at selected stores only. (All Stores excl: Mauritius & Canal Walk)

FATHERS DAY PROMOTION 2025

This promotion is valid on 15 June 2025 only.

The father at the reserved table on 15 June 2025 at alcohol serving restaurants in South Africa will receive a free Stella Artois 300ml.
The father at the reserved table on 15 June 2025 at Canal Walk will receive a free cold beverage of their choice. Free cold beverages excludes mocktails.

KARATE KID LEGENDS COMPETITION TWO

1. In order to enter the competition, customers need to visit a participating restaurant, find the standee, place their face in the frame and take a picture.
2.The entrant is to upload the picture to a social media platform and tag Col’Caccahio in order to enter.
3.Participating restaurants include Blouberg; Camps Bay, Canal Walk, Durbanville, Cavendish, Franschhoek, Haasendal, Stellenbosch, Florida Road, Brooklyn, Dainfern, Northcliff, Willowbridge, Bryanston and Meodowridge.
4.Automated entries or entries that do not comply with these terms may be disqualified.
5.Winners will be selected randomly from all entries received during the competition period.
6.The competition begins on 5 June and ends 19 June 2025
7.Winners will be contacted by direct message on the social media platform they entered on.
8.If after 3 separate occasions, the selected winner cannot be contacted, a new winner will be selected.
9.The competition winner will receive a hamper of Karate Kid merchandise.
10.The prize will be sent to the winner directly.
11.The competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of Col’Cacchio Holdings (Pty) Ltd, their immediate families, and any associated agencies or partners are not eligible to enter.
12.By entering the competition, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting winners, in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). The competition begins on 22 May and ends 8 June 2025
Winners will be contacted telephonically on the number provided on the competition entry form.
If after 3 separate occasions, the selected winner cannot be contacted, a new winner will be selected.
