Promotional Period: 31 October – 2 November 2025, or while stocks last, or until such time as Col’Cacchio Holdings (Pty) Ltd (“Col’Cacchio”) elects to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at its sole discretion.

1. Eligibility & Participation

1.1 This promotion is open to all customers who meet the following minimum spend per table or per bill during the promotional period:
• South Africa: R300
• Namibia (Col’Cacchio Windhoek at The Grove): N$300
• Mauritius (Col’Cacchio Tribeca Mall): Rs 1000

1.2 Qualifying customers will be entitled to draw one (1) Trick or Treat card to reveal either an instant reward, a return-visit voucher, or a “trick” card.
1.3 Only one card draw per table or per bill is permitted, regardless of the number of guests.
1.4 The promotion applies to Dine-in, Click & Collect, and walk-in customers only at participating Col’Cacchio restaurants in South Africa, Namibia, and Mauritius.
1.5 This promotion excludes third-party delivery platforms (including but not limited to Uber Eats, Mr D, and similar services).
1.6 Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Rewards and Redemption

2.1 Instant Rewards are redeemable immediately on the same bill and are applied at the manager’s discretion.
2.2 Return Visit Vouchers must be signed and dated by the restaurant manager in red ink to be valid.
2.3 Return Visit Vouchers are valid until 30 November 2025 and are redeemable only at the issuing restaurant.
2.4 Vouchers that are lost, damaged, unsigned, altered, or photocopied will not be accepted.
2.5 Return Visit Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other goods and have no monetary value.
2.6 Instant or return rewards may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, voucher, or discount.

3. General Conditions

3.1 Col’Cacchio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
3.2 The decisions of Col’Cacchio management regarding all matters relating to the promotion are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
3.3 Col’Cacchio, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or injury of any nature whatsoever arising from or in connection with participation in this promotion or the redemption of any reward.
3.4 Col’Cacchio reserves the right to refuse redemption of any reward or voucher if fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms is suspected.
3.5 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
3.6 Existing Col’Cacchio Holdings (Pty) Ltd general Terms and Conditions apply.
3.7 Errors and Omissions Excepted (E&OE).

1. Promotional dates: 20th August - While Stocks Last or as per Col'Cacchio Holdings (Pty) Ltd decision to remove. 

2. For JUST R475 customers can get a 2-course meal from the selected menu. This is limited to a main and dessert or a main and starter. 

3. Included in this meal is a bottle of the wine that is on promotion (Standard restaurants), or 2 selected soft drinks or mocktail (Halal and Florida Road). 

4. For R575 the customer can get a 3-course meal.

5. The menu and price are set up for 2 people.

6. Tables with more than 2 people can also make use of this deal, in multiples of 2.

7. Available Wednesday only, while stocks last. 

8. Available in-store for a limited time only.

9. Surcharge on additions, wheat-free and gluten-free, or alternative meals not on the promotional menu

10. This promotion is not available in conjunction with other promotions.

11. Available at all restaurants in South Africa

12. These rules may be amended by notification at any time and will be interpreted by Col’Cacchio Holdings (Pty) Ltd only.

13. Participation by all customers constitutes acceptance of these rules.

14. Col’Cacchio Holdings (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any customer or group of customers at any given time.
