From working alongside Victor Garvey and Marco Pierre White to having run their own much-loved pastry café right here in Durban, these two know flavour. Their journey has taken them from Michelin-starred restaurants in the UK to the vibrant energy of Durban, and now, they're bringing that global perspective and refined skill to Col’Cacchio GO. It’s about more than food, it’s about care, creativity, and a deep love for quality.
